Shared pain

Eileen Goldberg 1950 (Brooklyn)

My soul cries out to you my friend.
I’m sorry for the pain you’re in.
There’s just no way to help you deal
with the deep said pain that you
must feel.
I’m here for you and hope you see
no matter what I’ll always be.

About this poem

There is nothing more comforting in that one friend who will suffer everything you go through with you..
