Goodbye

I’ve been screaming for help but never seam to get it,
I don’t know why but no one seams to listen.

I yell so loud in the quietest of voices,
And now I shall die because of your choices.

I wanted you to be there to comfort my soul,
Instead I stand here alone ready to pay the toll.

I may cry till my eyes fall out but it’s all in vain,
Your not hearing a word while your with your new what’s his name.

You lifted my life up from a bad place,
And then sad to say you dropped me on my face.

I don’t know where to turn now it’s all been taken,
Dropped like a bad habit, I have been forsaken.

So to the knife, maybe a barrel, or even a noose,
But all I truly know is,  I need to set my spirit loose.

Right down to my bones… on everything I love I did try,
You shoved me out of your heart a long time ago……goodbye.
