The Beast

The beast

The lessons ive learned are too late to mend the mistakes ive made.
I lose what’s important to me,I lose what I love.
Im faced with a new battle, from the same sins.
It’s a endless cycle of loving, hurting and losing.
Trying to prove something to someone Ill never know.
I’m not sure why ,when or how.
I got  lost trying to find myself.
Now the person in the mirror is a stranger I created.
A monster that takes and kills me a little at a time.
Cornered Alone and scared I stay with the only light of comfort is when I close my eyes.
The devil within scowers for control with new addictions.
Fading away from life one line at a time.
With a Unquenchable thirst.
The beast within claims his prize.
With enslavement of temptation.
In the end no physical strength can calm this beast.
But settled with self Destruction of a soul less body.
A false suicide caused by a man within that has no body or no face.
For a careless cry for help does nothing
cause the within has already taken over.
Through a fulfilled addiction.
A deserved fait to others it might seem.
A Desperation for help that was never seen.
