Mirror Of Heaven

Mirror Of Heaven

You are a dream that mirrors the heavens
An angel whose face is so calm
Fear and despair turn to hope
And smiles blossom like sunflowers
Your words conjure up
Praise for your kindness
Reflecting in hands
So delicate
I become a shower
Who becomes a free fall of joy.

Days and nights ripple in cosmic light
And your face shines constantly
As the light of a star caresses
My heart in sweet emotions
Verses of eloquence and poetry
Write your kisses
So many metaphors
Of cherishing words
I weep with joy
And celebrate with you as love.

If I being human ever dreamt of heaven
You would be my angel of love
Softer than any feather
Gentler than mere compassion
And kinder than any mother
For it is your grace
And immeasurable passion
Outdone only by God
Who sweetens salty tears
Turning my face into a smile.
