I Can’t Get Over It

When my testimony is finished
You will know it by the silence
And though it seems as peace prevails
It only masks the violence

Some people have talent
And some are steered by it
Some want to possess it
While others deny it

Wherever you wander
All over this earth
You’ll find someone asking
How much is it worth?

How much does it cost
To acquire that skill?
Or is it God given
And left in His will?

You’ll find it’s the latter
He won’t take it back
As you seek our Lord Jesus
There’s nothing you’ll lack
