If Only You Knew

From the very beginning you were my safe place.
Hearing that deep voice wasn't scary to me.
It was more like an angel talking.
Your eyes were the first thing I noticed.
They pulled me in and had no meaning of letting me go.
The butterflies you gave me could fill this Earth.
When we first kissed,
It's like you planted a garden inside me.
As time passed,
the flowers began to blossom like our relationship.
You met me at a not so good time but you didn't give up on me.
Everyday you tried to get me to come out of my dark and scary cocoon.
You waited patiently for me to take that little step.
I will forever be grateful for you.
If only you knew how much you really saved my life.
God knows how much I love you.
I pray for and about you.
When you're sound asleep,
I admire you.
You've been through so much in your life yet here you are still fighting!
Still so lovely to others,
even if they don't deserve it.
You're my inspiration to get out of bed and conquer the world!
Your heart has been shattered but I will spend the rest of my life fixing the broken pieces.
I may not say it as much as I should but I love you.
You really are beautiful to me.
I wish you could see you how I view you.
Kind of like how you feel about me.
I want you to know that no matter the situations,
I love you more than anything on this planet.
I will forever support you.
You can do whatever it is that you really want!
Go for it!
If I could,
I'd stay alive forever just to be next to you.
Please never stop smiling.
