Love Is A Drug

Love is a drug....
that hardly comes pure...
It's a heavy addiction....
that comes with no cure...
Off one little dosage...
you'll find it's a problem..
Cause it lifts you up high....
then leaves you on rock bottom...
It's highly expensive..
its cost is your time....
It's never the same...
yours is different from mine....
Some cut it with toxins....
that leave you distressed....
But if its untouched....
itll make you feel blessed....
You'll search for the high...
bc you feel low....
And it kills you inside...
everytime that it goes....
Itll flow through your veins....
and tingle your heart....
It gives you that comfort....
you seek in the dark....
It permanently stains...
itself in your being....
And alters the vision....
of what you are seeing....
What is perception...
itll riddle your mind....
To keep yourself high...
you'll try all different kinds.....
The dealers are users...
supporting their habit....
You wont find this drug..
in your medicine cabinet...
You wont overdose...
but you'll die from withdraws....
It's all that you'll seek...
when your having downfalls....
Its warming at times...
and others its cold....
It pleasures the young....
and caters the old....
To bask in it all....
you better be bold....
Cause even the strongest....
have all come to fold...
To a drug called Love!!!!
