Sea of Pleasures

Sherry Caayupan 1980 (Davao city)

A river of pleasures flow through the sea,
Of a love foreseeking a far boundless faith;
An enunciated abounding longevity,
Of guiltless pleasance deep of faith;

A loyal love lurks in the wonders,
Of a love betwitching in every inch;
A beholder under a spell so tender,
Of a love that undyingly glows and pristine;

Faithful waters of crystal oceans of love,
Flow through innermost heart of one's spirit;
A fateful surrender to the heavens above,
A heart of moon that never once a grit;

One finds a love so true, so timeless,
One never left love but love left time;
For a love so strong and yet so priceless,
Emerged beyond time as it was in perfect prime;

Love spoken in long restless days,
The hours seemed to be undying;
In sweet endless belonging ways,
Spoken forth a love so good and yet so soundly sleeping;

A love plays a role of innocence,
For pleasures free without guilt;
A soul guileless rests in soulful patience,
Of a love forever and now built.
