Sleepless again
Minds roar keeps eyes wide
A freight train of thoughts
Kept trapped deep inside
Endlessly contemplate days in advance
While miniscule moments scream as they dance
Scheduled moments, obligations and plans
Reaching out fruitlessly slip through my hands
What did I miss, who'd I forget
Where does the road go I haven't seen yet
How will the path change if left is now right
Sleep it escapes me as night turns to light
