An Eagle Cried

I saw an eagle fly
       low in the sky.
       Eagles usually soar
high so I watched some more.
       I wondered why
I saw a tear in his eye.
       I think I know why,
because to our freedoms we’ve said good-bye.
       I think I know why,
now the FBI on all of us can spy.
Before ‘tis too late listen and hear
that Big Brother plays on our fear
