Ukraine

Ukraine is home to a proud and brave people.
They are fighting not just for democracy,
but for their very lives.
They’re fighting against a monster who
wants to destroy them and their country.
Why you ask because he wants Ukraine
to belong to Russia.
Putin wants to bring back the USSR, whether
previously occupied countries want it or not.
Putin has bombed schools, residences, and
hospitals as he tries to cower the Ukrainians.
I stand with Ukrainians as the fight much as
David stood up to and fought Goliath.
I hope Russia fails.
