The Cockroach Dance

1. The dance is not like other dances
It is done by roaches at night
I marvel at their fancy dresses
They resemble men in coats so bright
In the dark to dance they braces
It is as if they fear bright light
If you ever wanted to dance
   Then never dance the coackroach
   dance

2. Roaches hide deep by the day
They rarely come out to roost
Never will they come out to play
They wait for the night to boast
The day gives roaches no say
In the darkness they don't ever rest
If you ever wanted to dance
   Then never dance the coackroach
   dance

3. Only good people do things in light
The bad have no time for light
Darkness seems to be their right
To do their evil in the night
Wizards and witches hate the bright
The dark often improve their sight
If you ever wanted to dance
   Then never dance the coackroach
   dance
