Analysis of unfriend

what did I let in when I opened my mind?
I sold out my kind at the cost of control.
for the sake of amusement,
soul prostitution.
lost in the nightmare of life,
nothing more than illusion.
riding shotgun to your cold-hearted calamity.
subject to new depths of social insanity.
so this is the way
I can finally win your affection.
I'm fake and I'm false
and I'm falling off your fetal
fecal friends' list,
your delinquent detention center
house of corrections
your acquaintance counter
your people collection
