Analysis of Sold

A mask of skin is pliable
Within ambitious hands
Vacant though the eyes may seem
The clothes do make the man
The brain is viral reasoning
It craves a cheaper thrill
Memories are uselessness
When usurped by popular will
Your golden visgage outwardly
Cleaves the dullard eve
The sorrow drinks the happiness
That always seems to leave
You see your skin is buckling
The dryness in your depths
Fades to unveil and comprehend
You gave them all your best.
