Analysis of Serenity

Maybe silence took me
On a whim of imagination
Seeking refuge in the solace of my mind
Tears, they thought to take me-
On their endless rivers flowing,
Towards the quenchless sea
Always beckoning, always pleading for
A chance to take the land and
Ensnare it in a placid sheen
Strange, the silence came upon me
Like a whisperings angels lips-
Kissed my heavy-laden lids
And love took my hand to Mercy
And gave me a taste of Heaven
As an invisible wind-
Took my tears to the Temple of Grace.
