Analysis of Popeye's Spinach

Popeye's "spinach," now let it be known,
Is nothing less than testosterone.

Aggressive competing, courage too,
Superactive are men, except few.

Energy, strength and sexual drive,
Risking death over staying alive.

The scent emitted from this cyclone,
Chemical substance: a pheromone.

Metaphor for manhood it's become,
Measured in males the "T-level" sum.

When all's said and done, the "HE" hormone
Is Popeye's "spinach:" testosterone.
