Analysis of Just Daydreaming
With love my heart fills
as I sit on window sills,
but past mistakes come to mind,
and not all of them are kind.
I don’t want our friendship to fail,
but I’m afraid you may bail,
I fantasize all the same,
just like it’s some kind of game.
For now I’ll enjoy your company
though I’m one of many,
People from my past are still near,
though I don’t think I want them here.
Love is a curious thing,
many thoughts it begins to bring,
crazy actions love makes me do,
and I only want to hear, “I love you too.”
