Analysis of Heaven's Gates
I took a walk down heaven's gates
This morning.
I danced on the wings of an angel
With the holy one who guided me
On my journey...my life's quest.
There was a tug of my soul
Just pulling me along.
No matter how hard I tried
I just couldn't break free
From this bond inside of me.
Famine of the heart
Ended in defeat.
That's when I fell love
With the light of heaven's gates.
A fire that burned within my soul
Set my mind on fire
Because I got kissed by the light
At heaven's gates.
