Analysis of Fog in the Morning
arising early
only to find
fog
covering
the world
like a blanket
of billowing clouds,
sweeping
across the valleys
and mountains,
surrounding,
swallowing,
all of nature
in its path,
summer's days
have past,
the thrill of winter
peeks around
the corner of Fall
as its dense and heavy ladened,
fog
envelopes the morning
and me,
clings to me,
hides me,
protects me
under it's authority
to rule the day,
until the sun
breaks the horizon
and its hold on me
and everything.
