Analysis of Big Brother
When I was a little lad I adored my big brother.
He appeared as wise and strong compared to any other.
He was grades ahead in school and knew about everything.
When it came to facts of life I acknowledged him as king.
He was tall and muscle bound, I felt safe when he was there.
No one dared to test his might; he strolled with enormous flair.
After many years had passed, each on independent trails,
again we reconnected; with changes, time never fails.
Now my big brother has shrunk in substantive attributes.
He's become perfidious; he owns stupid platitudes.
His prodigious mind expired from the paucity of use.
Constricted grew his logic; his reasoning grew obtuse.
His muscles have atrophied; he's ineffectively lame.
None should fear the impotence conspicuous in his game.
The woeful disenchantment over one most revered
generates a dissonance that's disappointingly weird.
