Analysis of Back To An Old Fence
Unsteady now is the old fence around what
used to be a beautiful garden, Gate is slightly
ajar ...sounds of laughter and sweet fragrance
of flowers now long ago is where I went for a
walk ...went too far.
Many towns did I pass through on my search
for something I never found ...I'll know it when
I get there was what I told myself ...I just keep
going round.
Circle of life was at my feet, she stood in front
of me, always I looked to the distance, you said
I must be free, I need some space I told myself
so much is on my mind, I kept passing through
these towns, now love I'll never find.
