Our Dream

Why are we killing our planet,
why do we treat her so cruel,
her motive is only to give life,
In our universe she is a jewel.

Our galaxy kneels in her presence,
her moon is so bright when It's dark,
stars are the eyes of her angels,
comets sit on the wings of a lark.

An afterthought flickers in moonlight,
an thought is a twinkling star,
heat from our sun is a heartbeat,
our minds are mapped out from afar.

Our souls are locked deep in a wormhole,
freed by a gatekeepers hand,
looking for answers inside us,
It's time that we pray for her land.

A branch from a tree Is a new life,
bark from that tree being skin,
leaves dress her up in warm seasons,
twigs are where new lives begin.

Spring is a time for our newborn,
a wisp in a soft mornings glade,
the tree is where all our birds homes are,
where all her eggs shall be laid.

Now chirping of chicks means there's new life,
bumble bees fly with such grace,
a squirrel just keeps itself busy,
with insects all over the place.

No time for worries, no war nor no greed,
nor even for too much loved cash,
no before or no after, natures pure laughter,
only difference in colours shall clash.    Flagged after 865 days, I know it's lengthy but some could make a couple of poems or many Haiku's, they think, plagiarists dream due to it's length
