Analysis of Arti

Alaknanda, alaknanda
Ganges lie all sad and dry as Sahara,Shetoe-
lokkha as Rhine
Waves of wombs, honey in the combs multiply
and divide time,tide,tombs
You in I; I in thine rever, regret, rest, reside
dreaming forever of bees and butterflies!
Eyes beyond our sights lie inactive, asleep in
the sockets of Life`s Archive
Wake up,wake up moon`s mute the sun shouts!
Take me to the River please, arti, I am about
to pass out;being filled up to the brink of
Life`s beads, beats; shadows that never rise
but sink in the caves of Oblivions, Myths,
and Dreams; alaknanda arrives at dawn
Our love diffused, melted, united to be wild,
untame; you kissed me so many times
Love`s molten-lava took us to Paradise
You became Aphrodite, I became who I am!
Alaknanda arrives at dawn, temples she call
