Alaknanda Stream

come to me,come to me flying on the wings
of dreams;come to me,come to me sipping
champagne on mid-stream
o come to me,come to me while you`re in pain
while everybody call you names, come to me
come to me,i will make you happy
i will make you feel important,i will make
you feel unique;come to me,come to me
kissing the dew-drops on lotus-leaf
come to me,come to me in the late, dark night
while the heaven showers rain and mist
i will take you in my arms;and kiss you to
sleep all through the night, concealing you in
my eyes
come to me alaknanda, come to me you sweet
dreams;i shall share with you all the secrets
of Bethlehem and NYC
come to me arti, come to me wearing the red
red wedding sari and sheindoor on your partin
