Analysis of Lost Souls

You can just scream as loud as you will
But know it is only the two of us in this emptiness
And if my words lack purity and trust
Understand humanity is marked by ignorance.

What is it that you see, Am I beautiful?
Do I seem like I deserve such deprived loneliness?
Like depression would ever find comfort in such celestial beauty?
Do you question my presence in this confused ugliness?

For in your eyes I'm too beautiful
A star that is only meant to gleam along the constellations
Together with a strange number of other strange white painted star
Just to be caught in their black holes
Is it not so?
Yet it's you and I facing the same judgement.

Darling I am but a facade
For my Visage is as broken as the world
For my soul is neither black nor white
Beauty has nothing to say
And this heart has holes deeper than any abyss an empty soul can ever mend.

You see I have gone where only beasts trod
Where souls are damned and where gods fought
And yet in the destruction in the pains and cries of it all
I still could not find myself.

A lost soul lost to eternity and paused time
Here's a hand that'll never betray
A hand that knows that even diverged roads
Take by all or by none
End up at the same place.

You're just like me
So lost in the skulls of dead things
You crave someone's approval so much your own,
The roots as well as the trees
The soil is not willing
The mind as well as the soul
Not a person so forgiving
And no God in this oblivion
Yet we hope in astonishment for miracle healing...
That our cuts and bruises would seize to exist
And our desire for death would evaporate and seize to persist.

We took different roads
But we found each other where souls meet
It can only mean the despair
Our desire to quell our thirst done its deed
The touch of suicide for everything
Suddenly got blurry.
