Analysis of A Peak
Tim Strauss 1994 (N.C)
Close your eyes and be still
Let your mind disappear
Follow the light that pokes through
And have no fear
Past the reach
Of sorrow and disdain
Will be a quiet place
Void of all pain
Encircling your soul
Guiding your mind
Is someone you know
Someone so kind
He answers to no one
He's hip the the game
He knows all your secrets
He feels your pain
In the palace
Of wisdom and truth
He's a gracious host
Who welcomes you
A step inside
A puzzling surprise
Inside your mind
Lies a world divine
Inside you learn
About the soft machine
The host of heaven
And all in between
You can not stay
It's not meant to be
But one day you will
It'll be heavenly
Until then relax
And take what you can
And be sure to remember
It's all going to plan
