Analysis of A week of poems

A week of poems

Monday Initial Thoughts
May is full of life; Summer pines
Lillies waving in a strong breeze
long-lasting laughter
glimpses of a painless future
wrought in the softest gold
wrapping my vines about myself
I breathe in the warm air.

Tuesday
Stressed but blessed
I can't shake off
Memories suck
and last night sucked worse
tears

Thursday
I cried lots of uncontrolled tears
NP Kind; Kind Staff
Cried in my shirt
ashamed
but relieved.
Okay, what now?

Friday
I feel presently present
and my fibers are alive
I can feel last night's grass
between my toes
and the full moon up high above me
I smile gently; my heart is full

Monday
A lightswitch on, and I am home
It feels a little dusty
I wipe off my mind ash and toss the garbage
I had a good dream last night; it was enough to offset the bad one prior
I want to be home more
I'll leave on the light some more
