Analysis of Compassionately Passionate

Lawrence S. Pertillar 1947 (Connecticut)

With passion.
I can want and desire you.
To crave each day.
And month throughout any year.
That's the effective affect,
You have left on my heart to feel.
Beyond description of words to depict.
With empathy, sympathy and all of it.
As if to guard to protect and defend,
Your emotions I suspect...
Threatened by disrespect.
I remain a champion of your needs.
Because...
For you,
I can be no other way.

And even though wherever you go,
I will still feel...
Both passion 'and' compassion.
To know for you,
For me there can never be...
A difference to attempt to define,
In my conscious awakened mind...
Who you are and how we met,
Without impressions to address.
Or faking the chemistry too magnetic,
To ignore with a doing to look away.
What we have can not be denied or delude!

Delicious.
It stays that way in all ways undefined!
