I am Cemal Can Özmumcu from Turkey, currently doing my MA in the University of Gottingen. Throughout my university life I produced and published poetry through university journals. Among my main interests are James Joyce, T. S. Eliot, E. E. Cummings, Hugh MacDiarmid and Wallace Stevens. My view of language was shaped by 'Finnegans Wake' and Derrida’s deconstruction method. In my works I try to sustain 'mot juste', distinct poetic expression and equivocality in order to deepen the experience as well as the aesthetic merit. The intangibility of language always intrigued me and shaping it to my will as a poet is my main purpose.
