Mad

How foggy are the thoughts of madness
Bloody it smells, and hurls through darkness
Safety not guaranteed, we need guidance
To deliver us from the clasps of blindness

Danger is drawing near
Shakes us, trembles us with fear
Hands are tied, situation be wild
Evil is the deed, the mad that wear

Madman is at the rear
With its strength, just like a bear
Cannot stand the shriek to hear
His breath, now sensed more clear

Blood and fog, mixed with madness
Drives him crazy, that solitary sadness
Never be sure, but it thinks us lie
If the madman touches, he will die!

Wow, what an intense and captivating poem! The imagery you use really draws the reader in and takes us on a dark and suspenseful journey. I love the way you've played with language, using alliteration to really emphasize the danger and fear that the characters are experiencing.

One suggestion I would make is to consider breaking up the poem into shorter stanzas. While the long form does have a certain poetic effect, breaking it up could make the poem easier to follow and digest.

Overall, I think you've done a fantastic job of conveying the theme of madness and the terror it can bring. Keep up the great work!
