I am the dream writer…When I write, it comes from dreams. I never know if it's true or make believe. It always plays in my head as if watching a movie. When I awake, I'm urged to write it all down, and this (most times) causes big problems. When I write, I lose all track of time trying to get it all out of my head. When I write, I have to make other things more important, like food, bathroom breaks, and other human contact. When I write, I never worry about the dream ending. It continues right where it leaves off, urging me to continue writing it down. When I write, my dreams only change when the story is finished. When I write, it happens in novel form, never a short story or a glimpse of one. When I write, it happens as a full length movie playing in my dream. When I write, sometimes I'm first person, some places I'm second person, some angles I'm a camera catching the perfect view of the scene. When I write, I'm there. I feel, smell, taste the rolling motion of action/ fear/ and most cases death. When I write, I'm consumed by the emotions. Laughter, happiness, trickery, deceit, compassion's the dream contains. When I write, I don't like to be interrupted. Just slip a pizza under the door, and don't tell/ask me about anything less my concentration may lapse and I lose the dreams meaning. When I write, I long to go back to the dream world, to see more. When I write, I can draw on conversations of ideas to make a dream form. Some tell a vague story to me and then I dream it my way and it forms. When I write, I get excited about making it all appear in black and white. Typing/ typing / typing... my whole life typing. And yet, it not a loss at all. When I write, manuscripts form and display stories never heard before. How do I know they've never been heard before? I don't read, watch TV or internet scribe. I write my dreams, as Plagiarism is not my way.
