I UNDERSTAND

I UNDERSTAND...
You were raised with very different values then the person next to you, and you are constantly taught in this world to ACCEPT OTHERS, yet your heart already knows evil is about you.
I UNDERSTAND...
You are your own person and will believe only that which you see proper to your own being. Blindly fighting the wrong, using scripture to quell the constant rise if stench.
I UNDERSTAND...
You see MANY languages that convey NOTHING to you when you hear them, except the hatred, anger, kindness, or respect. In these, you respond, walking away from the bad as there's no way to make any sense of those.
I UNDERSTAND...
You are pointed out now 'many' religions of the world. Only one, led by the wisdom of scripture will find the proper path. Mind wise, most hold little if any value to the way you perceive as proper...
I UNDERSTAND...
You see the world as sliding into a dark abyss, and never to be whole again. That it will never be 'the way it was'... once. It was never meant to stop or go back. All things have to have their actions too all towards the future in heaven.
I UNDERSTAND...
You believe with every fiber in your body that your view is the proper course... If they would just listen... But they don't.
I UNDERSTAND...
You see those you hold close changing in ways you don't like and are angry that they don't see it yet, constantly try to sway you into their good time.
I UNDERSTAND...
You see others getting a better slice of life, richer, acceptance, believed, listened to... yet not you...
I UNDERSTAND...
You think if you don't raise up, you will be left behind. And if you don't speak-up your beliefs louder then all of them, then nothing will change...
I UNDERSTAND...
You do know me... In your heart. I have always stood beside you, when you were screaming at the top of your lungs... to be heard... I listened quietly
I UNDERSTAND...
You didn't see me... pulling you out of the way of the changes that can't be stopped by your single voice. As the misguided course... could never be changed.
I UNDERSTAND...
You now see of the Christ in me. When you understand the world is going the way it is meant to go, and you realize you have but to steer your own path in this life.
I UNDERSTAND...
In accepting Christ, you will one day throw your hands up and deny you even want to be a part of the constant chaos around you on all sides, always trying to do the good things meant.
I UNDERSTAND...
You will one day just give up on changing everything... And on that day, it will all change... you will sit back and see. The miracle
I UNDERSTAND
You have now fully opened your eyes to who I am... you're given an understanding vision of the world and becomes clear as to the true plan that is unfolding all about you.
I UNDERSTAND...
You now see, 'am that I am', has stood beside you the whole time and have this massive swirling ball of confusion... well in hand.
I UNDERSTAND...
You now have something other than the misery you saw back there; you have a new peace about you... you have something that wasn't there before.
YOU UNDERSTAND...
[ Have a good day because I'll be here helping you face all those things together. Always.]
                                IN CHRIST WE RISE
                                IN GOD WE TRUST

About this poem

We know there is a higher power, that some can't fathom. Yet, by mere words, it speaks volumes..

William F. Polden Sr.

I am the dream writer…When I write, it comes from dreams. I never know if it's true or make believe. It always plays in my head as if watching a movie. When I awake, I'm urged to write it all down, and this (most times) causes big problems. When I write, I lose all track of time trying to get it all out of my head. When I write, I have to make other things more important, like food, bathroom breaks, and other human contact. When I write, I never worry about the dream ending. It continues right where it leaves off, urging me to continue writing it down. When I write, my dreams only change when the story is finished. When I write, it happens in novel form, never a short story or a glimpse of one. When I write, it happens as a full length movie playing in my dream. When I write, sometimes I'm first person, some places I'm second person, some angles I'm a camera catching the perfect view of the scene. When I write, I'm there. I feel, smell, taste the rolling motion of action/ fear/ and most cases death. When I write, I'm consumed by the emotions. Laughter, happiness, trickery, deceit, compassion's the dream contains. When I write, I don't like to be interrupted. Just slip a pizza under the door, and don't tell/ask me about anything less my concentration may lapse and I lose the dreams meaning. When I write, I long to go back to the dream world, to see more. When I write, I can draw on conversations of ideas to make a dream form. Some tell a vague story to me and then I dream it my way and it forms. When I write, I get excited about making it all appear in black and white. Typing/ typing / typing... my whole life typing. And yet, it not a loss at all. When I write, manuscripts form and display stories never heard before. How do I know they've never been heard before? I don't read, watch TV or internet scribe. I write my dreams, as Plagiarism is not my way. more…
