Mohd Umar Sofi was born in Pulwama Kashmir a beautiful mountain valley From the very beginning, he was passionate about writing. Mohd Umar considers his faith and family to be most important to him. He is a student of B.Pharmacy. He wishes to jot down his thoughts and share them. He believes that poetry balances our hectic lives and teaches us the importance of love, patience, loyalty, pain, pleasure, tears. 'The highest from of communication I can think of is through poetry. Poetry certainly is immortal and it makes me crave for it's eternal peace. I hope it stays with me in my journey as the majestic rain of roses while I walk on the path of thorns'.
