The art of Loving

Although I look for you in every doorway
Your eyes won't let my thoughts go
I wonder to rest over the green hay
Or chase you, when the fireflies glow

Look off, across the sallow and warm sand
And mark the meeting of the sun and sea
The waves clasp one another and then expand
Like the nightingale adorns the mien of chinar tree

Through the rainbow fields of flowers,
I shall lose this suffering to glory
Under sun and moon and stars all together
I will tell you the secrets of my long-forgotten story.

The story on which humanity is ashamed
Like a sparrow under a ray of falcon
Tell me who brought the love and seas?
Who told moth to love a candle?

The sea never get dry for those who love
For those who sacrifice themselves for love
Sing love under the shroud of love
And imbue these naive flowers

I could never stay myself until the frosty rain
Until I roam with the colourful floating clouds
No soul can see itself, but must be sure of,
The heart within a heart, the soul within the soul!

About this poem

Although the name of poen suggests about the art of Loving. Here the narrator is far away from his beloved and the poem is shaped as the pile of thoughts that collide the narrator's mind. He is too far that his beloved may have forgotten him. The shadow of trees and the rain of sky is like the cold hands of her . He wants to have a wonderful talk to lighten his heart. Now he finds her in the nature in sallow and warm sand and in the silence of forest. Without his beloved his is like a dry wood floating on thoughts. One should know what is heart wants and what is best for him.
