Stress is gap between reality, & our expectations of life

Stress is gap between reality, & our expectations of life

Stress is gap between reality & our expectations of life
More the gap, more the stress, no time to tears to wipe
In order to live a normally, accept whatever comes in life
This will release the pointless pressure for a happy life

I always tell others try to live within their means
This is the best remedy to come out in life clean
We go for short cuts to get richer criteria not green
Strive to achieve but fail, stress comes in we scream

In my life there is no stress as I'm happy with my means
Don’t set remote goals, have small goals which you meet
Look at those, are poorer than you, happy they're within
Be happy in what you have, find resources with insight in

Know a phrase ‘nothing is impossible’ in mind you keep in
Hard work & ideas needed something in mind to click in
Be courageous, don't get disappointed to let stress get in
This sort of trust if you have soon will see happiness in

Stress is a superfluous desire for that you have no means
Happiness in what you have, peace will thrive by all means
Be a best planner plan a strategy will see everything clean
This will eliminate stress in life with all disciplines come in
