Together, You and Me

I know that life's hard lately;
I know that you are stressed.
The world's weight presses on you,
You're saddened and depressed.

Your life has given lemons,
Thrown curves and beat you down.
It's stolen your smile from you
And left you with a frown.

And so I send you flowers
To let you know I care.
To know that I support you,
And always will be there.

I love you madly, deeply;
I'm yours eternally.
We'll take what life throws at us
Together, you and me.

-My dear wife LeAnn was having a really rough patchat work, and was stressed to the gills. I hate seeingher hurting, so I wrote this poem and sent it, along with a bouquet of flowers, to her office.
