pledges to be swell

Congress rescues using clout to legislate cash
A $1,000,000,000,000 bailout
delays a huge crash

Congress rescues with a shout of fake victory
A $1,000,000,000,000 bailout
sculpts new history

Congress rescues dire deals so to save the day

all of us will pay
