Time Travelling...

I see her here - in my dreams,
she comes to me and touches my tears,
caresses promises
of together soon into my hair -
dream swept - magical.
She wears her fine garments, silken flairs,
looks so beautiful as she smiles,
her eyes touching mine here in this time.

I see him there - his dreams full of colour,
rainbows pale beside the fields
he weaves with gentle sighs and loving arms,
I will be with him for real soon,
feel it in my mind as we move closer,
I will ride white horses to reach him,
time will be nothing against the love I hold.

I can feel her stronger each and every night,
I am sleeping so much - the days too,
the doctors say depression, but I know better,
I take the pills for love, so I can be with her.
Time will not stop me, soon this life will end,
and we shall be one for eternity, as is meant to be,
I have lost my friends and family,
I care not though, only her love
matters to me now, I need to be with her.

My body wastes away, while my mind grows stronger,
I sense - in the distant haze people worrying,
spoon feeding me nourishment, but I care not,
only his love matters to me, I need to be with him again,
life is so cruel to part us like this, he is mine,
yet there he lies, sleeping in the next century,
well I won't allow time to come between us.
I will flow my spirit right the way across the breadth.

I don't even go out now.
The external world is dead to me,
my last breath is roaming the room,
I cannot see anymore, will never see again,
I can feel her now, her life rushing from her,
mine flows too, breath has stopped I am alive now!
Oh my sweet Lord, there she is, oh yes, I touch her,
mingle my spirit inside hers, oh life,
nothing is better than this! This is forever
to touch like this through eternity,
we will be reborn now -
find each other again, oh sweet love.

I felt my head fall as I left my body for the final time,
glimpsed the strangers I used to call family,
I think they cried, I didn't stop to look! -
I can see him, his shine lights up my life,
oh this is pure ecstasy, roaming him -
soul kissing each other, is there anything better
than this moment now, I think not.
Oh no, please, just a little
while longer, let us stay please!
Fading, fading - I touch him for the last time here
and sigh my promise to return as soon as I am able,
feel him cry his answer of I will find you.

And in the same time, mothers in beds
next to each other hold their newborn children,
a boy and a girl, they smile at each other
and find friendship in fresh life,
swap phone numbers and addresses,
laugh and share joy. Little ones blink -
a new world, what is it, it is so big,
minds holding something special, but somewhere
in a haze of just passed, moments fading
with the last touch of spirits there, new life, times,
rebirth in love, they find each other right away.
