The WRITER

Ryahn Gillis

Another restless night,
watching her throughout the peace and intensity of life,
he is sleepless and addicted to this strife,
slowly one inch,
then two down her back,
his mind begins to initiate impact,
their love animated by touch,
uncontrollably he yearns for her too much,
she embraces his lust,
slightly rough...she pierces his skin,
her fingers clenching as an invitation to sin,
welcoming much more of herself to him,
and then...he awakens,
and she is still just another reminiscing poem,
and so once again,
his pen begins.

Hello world! I am a poet before anything else in life, even as a boy, I would write in a journal deep into the night. I feel poetry is a very simplistic approach to relating to our human counterparts and that is why I have cultivated such an affinity for it. I can't wait to read new and old poetry as well as have the opportunity to hear negative or positive feedback on my own.
