The hen on the ropesquare

I remember i saw
       The hen on the rope
It's like a man walking on the rolling mass
of great waters
When the hen perches it's feudal stocks
of legs on the ropesquare
and then,
The rope's becomes an unruly friend
So arrogant and a traitor
Not willing yet not unacommodating
at least for whatever the hen could bare
But in it's immemorial adage,
The rope's crumbes
        In swirling swings and capsides
In a mocking dance
And the hen scatters
        in a clinging command,
To escape imminent but inevitable
fall in a stalemated challenge
That ends with no peace for the rope
and the hen cannot rest
Ask the bad rulers of our time
         Why this hen's urgly odes.
