Test Me Again

The bruises on her face
So gruesome and swollen
I didnt mean for this to happen
Please dont blame me
This wasnt my fault
If he hadnt saw us talking
Maybe this wouldnt have happened
Let me clean the cuts
And ice the pain away
Words that i will leave unsaid
So i can spare you the pain
Perhaps i will just leave without a trace
And leave you two alone
I cannot just leave you to suffer
We'll make it through this together
But please protect yourself
I dont want to do this again
I hope i dont need to do this again
I wish there was just a way
For you to just step out of all this God forsaken chaos
Why do men everywhere raise their hands to women
It makes me sick
An appauling disease that makes me hate some aspects of life
So many times i've wanted to kill another
Touch her one more time
And give me another reason
I dont lie when i say
f*ck with her again
And i'll be waiting

I'm a poet that writes solely on what i feel at the time i write. If i feel lonely,i write a poem about lonliness and add a story behind that,if im angry then my gorey little mind will just take over and write what it feels, hope whoever reads enjoys. Many of my poems come from a little bit of inspiration,Edgar Allan Poe gives me new ideas with every poem i read and i try to use a little bit of his style while keeping it all my own. more…
