A Day In My Mind

My poems mean nothing anymore
I cant even think of a simple topic
And this torment just goes on and on
Why do i even write
It doesnt help much anymore
I've written so many things
I've suffered through my thoughts
My emotions have taken their toll
The experiences have been recorded
My heart has only brought me misery
My body is always hurting
It never gets any better
The aching only gets worse
But i must survive the day
Just grit my teeth and take it
Take all the soreness
And ignore it all completely
Nobody wants to h elp
Still these constant reminders
Have always been my desired inspiration
So it is only fair to say
That ive done this to myself
And now i am insane
But my insanity will live on
Through out these poems that i write

I'm a poet that writes solely on what i feel at the time i write. If i feel lonely,i write a poem about lonliness and add a story behind that,if im angry then my gorey little mind will just take over and write what it feels, hope whoever reads enjoys. Many of my poems come from a little bit of inspiration,Edgar Allan Poe gives me new ideas with every poem i read and i try to use a little bit of his style while keeping it all my own. more…
