Tax Avoidance

The rich have something to fear, a High tax
They'll give half their Tax savings to lawyers
Who can prove their earnings are just an act
Tax lawyers choose from lots of employers

Anyone who wants to show they weren't here
The money was earned elsewhere, if at all
An investment manager is a seer
He'll increase client's wealth, returns whole ball

Then with carried interest he'll earn his pay
Capital gain so half his tax is saved
If owned oil but did not sell anyway
The bank will loan him cash, all he may crave

No taxes will he pay. Man's spouse gets gift
At his death sells wealth. IRS gets stiffed
