Time is useless comfort
Its dateless injuries
Masks themselves as art
And haunt obssessively
Oppressed by the encumbrance
How my pen complains
With the countless strokes
That never can explain-
Why death is all about me
Why love can swiftly turn
How hate is cold afflicition
How gentile tears can burn-
    Yet hidden in contention
    And outcast to this state
    Emotions wax and wane
    And someday will abate.
