Pope John Paul II 4-2-05

Pope John Paul, a righteous man,
lived for peace and love.
By example for his God he hoisted souls above.
Pope John Paul, a selfless man,
lived for you and me.
By example for his God
he spread faith's canopy.
Pope John Paul, a moral man,
lived for right and just.
By example for his God he earned a worldwide trust.
Pope John Paul, a cordial man,
lived for warmth and grace.
By example for his God he terror would erase.
Pope John Paul, a noble man,
lived for flock and mass.
By example for his God he demonstrated class.
Pope John Paul, a brilliant man,
lived for truth and good.
By example for his God he simply understood.
