Endless yellow lines dipping out of sight
Fog stands still
Moonrise bright
Stars shining little lights
Desert rocks tower above
Shaped by time
Red as blood
Here for years they have stood
Majestic wondrous trees we see
Standing tall
Growing free
Wind whispering in their leaves
Glistening water smooth as glass
Quiet, calm
A sharp contrast
To our lives we will reach at last
Mysterious dark forests where nobody goes
Adventure awaits
But no on knows
Driving past on the open road
