Not afraid to show they care.

I've only been on this site for a few short months now.
It amazes me at how good it feels, I sit here and think "holy cow".

It is a great feeling, to not hold back, to know that I can let my feelings out.
That I don't have to keep them inside, and if I wanted, I could even shout!!!

Writing has been my biggest release.
I finally have found a sense of peace.

I'm so thankful for all those who encourage me.
Each of you are allowing my soul to be set free.

We've probably all been through things, that we shouldn't have had to.
However disgusting the things we've seen, we can make it through.

God will grant us peace and mercy, throughout the lives we lead.
However it's up to us, to sow love and compassion, to plant the seed.

We need to be there and support others, for what they are going to face.
We need to find strength, to help others through, so let our love embrace.

We know how good we've felt when others helped us make it through.
So when we think back on this, is there anything else that we could do?

It's time to do the right thing, to show other's how much we care.
And just take the time to listen, to what they are offering to share.

We all know that it's not easy to open up, there is always a trace of fear.
We wonder how we will be received, will they understand, will they hear?

The people that I've met on this site, have a true beauty that's very rare.
They're not afraid to show emotion, they're not afraid to show they care!
