I Wish

I Wish

I wish
I could be alone
And be one with
My Inner tone

In my heart
Let the moon shine
Let it spread
Purity fine

Let my soul bathe
In the sun radiant
Let inside of me glitter
With rays brilliant

In my mind
Let flow a poetic verse
Let it entail
The infinite universe
In the company of
Flowing gentle brook
Let my inward eye
Read the universal book

Let me embrace
A tranquil solitude
And let it lift me to
A divine altitude
