With gentle ease your quiet life's banished,
release a sigh of satisfaction as I
kill those dreams that lingered near sweet memory.
Where will you go from here I wonder; soft
thoughts which laugh in the mind's colourful eye,
perhaps it will be Heaven, most likely
Hell though will capture your spirit; set free.

With a warm kiss placed on that surprised look,
I dance in the cool pleasant emotions
given to my blank stare; measured with love,
fear not the complex games of existence,
your time has come and gone now; be at ease.

I lick the blood-stained fascination - weep
a silent prayer's wings to accompany
your departure and search my next victim's
horror, quickly weighing up pros and cons
as this passionate violence stutters
across actions played inside the corners
of matter: grey cynical wisdom's shine.
Goodbye friend, don't grieve your passing away,
accept the inevitable - farewell.
