You look at me and see my obvious stupidity
You feel it necessary to destroy my self-esteem
You think your grade-school dig flew over my head,
You think I pray to god I'll be like you each night before I take my bed
You think I'm slowly losing touch with what is right and real
You think you've mastered all the things a man could ever dream or feel
You add a passage to your diary most every night
You think your feeble faith will lead you to the light
